We are making an important change to better serve you. As of April 14, 2026, we will move from our current health record system (NextGen Healthcare) to a new system called athenaOne.
Why This Change Is Good for You
This new system helps us give you better care by:
Making your health records easier for your care team to see, update, and coordinate
Improving communication between you and your providers
Helping reduce errors and delays
Allowing us to use newer tools to support your care
Your Privacy and Security Come First
Protecting your personal and medical information is a top priority. With this change:
Your health information remains private and protected
Strong security safeguards are in place to prevent unauthorized access
Only authorized members of your care team can view your records
We continue to follow all federal and state privacy laws, including HIPAA
What This Means for You
Your medical information will move securely to the new system
Your care team will still have access to your health history
You will notice a new patient portal that is easier to use and more secure
Scheduling appointments, sending messages, and viewing test results may be faster
What to Expect During the Transition
There may be short delays as we learn the new system
Our staff may ask you to confirm some information to ensure accuracy
We may share new instructions on how to use the patient portal safely
We appreciate your patience during this change. Our goal is to protect your privacy while making your experience smoother and your care even better. If you have questions or concerns, our team is happy to help. Call us at 520-281-1550 or ask at the front desk during your next visit.
Thank you for trusting us with your care.
