WELCOME – Mariposa Nogales West
Dear Valued Patient,
We would like to provide you with a warm welcome to Mariposa. We have been working hard with the team at Carondelet Medical Group (CMG) to make this transition as seamless as possible. As of November 30th, CMG Nogales will be joining Mariposa Community Health Center. The new name of the clinic will be Mariposa Nogales West.
We are making investments in your clinic and your care. For example, we are upgrading the Information Technology (IT) Infrastructure in the building and will be providing additional services such as transportation and care coordination for patients who need it.
While we make this transition, we will need to slow operations at the clinic in order to complete the upgrade to the IT infrastructure and provide training and orientation to the staff. This will impact our hours of operation for the first week. The clinic doors will always remain open and someone will be at the front desk to take messages, schedule appointments, etc. However, there will not be a provider on-site on Monday, November 30th. For the remainder of the week, the clinic will have a provider on-site from 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM. We ask you to bear with us while we make these enhancements. The providers will resume normal hours of operation starting Monday, December 7th.
Please note the clinic will be closed on Tuesday mornings from 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM for staff meetings. Updated normal hours of operation:
- Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Rest assured, we are committed to providing you the highest quality healthcare. Providers and care teams at Mariposa’s main campus (1852 N. Mastick Way) will be available to take care of any of your urgent healthcare needs, medication refills, testing, etc. All insurances will be accepted, and if you do not have insurance or have a high deductible plan, you can apply to Mariposa’s Sliding Fee Discount Program (the Mariposa Health Plan). Also, you can request transportation to any of our clinic locations by calling either of the numbers below.
