Opened in April 2023, Mariposa Nogales North, located at 3231 N. Grand Avenue, enhances healthcare accessibility for the Nogales community. The facility features seven exam rooms and offers a range of services, including Family Medicine, Behavioral Health, and Laboratory.

Mariposa Community Health Center, Inc. receives Health and Human Services funding, and has Federal Public Health Service deemed status with respect to health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
